Online Training on Kaushal Bharat Inspection Module for Kerala SRLM & PIAs

Training on Kaushal Bharat Inspection module was conducted for the PIA staffs (MIS Head & Q-Team Head) and SRLM officials( Block Coordinators & District Program Managers) of Kerala from 17 September 2020 to 25 September 2020 in 7 batches. 3 batches were exclusive for PIAs and 4 batches for SRLM. There are 165 participants registered from SRLM and out of it 147 had attended the session. And 173 participants registered from PIAs and out of it 160 had attended the session.

Session included an overview of Kaushal Bharat and Demo session on Access Management, Change Request management & Inspection Management. Also it explained the Ticketing system of Kaushal Bharat. Sessions was handled by Shri.Koteshwar Rao (AD-MIS) and Technical team persons from NIRDPR.
