Skill Development Training

‘Welcome back to Campus’!

The DDU-GKY training centers are reopened at Kerala after a due diligence inspection by the SRLM district mission officials based on the COVID-19 preventive SOP published by MoHFW. Classroom and hostel capacities are recalculated and given approval to restart the classes.

Inspection at Training centers during the pandemic period is a challenging task for the inspection officers. As the activities are resuming slowly, we are mostly concentrated on the check list (developed based on SOP by MoHfW) sheet provided from the HQ, to verify the COVID-19 protocols in the premises. TCs and hostels were inspected based on the checklist. Also the feedbacks were taken from students about the arrangements & sanitization and recorded. It is observed that in all the TCs around 80% of the students, who were in classrooms prior to lockdown have joined back in classes.

During the month of October and November 2020, there were 4 inspections conducted by me (Aswin Ramachandran) in Kerala.

1.BRIDGE POINT SKILLS AND NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, Pothencode, Thiruvanathapuram- 18.11.2020

2.QUESS CORP LTD, Kovalam Junction,Thiruvanathapuram-19.11.2020
