IN FOCUS: SUCCESS STORIES FROM DDU-GKY SAGARMALA

In this June 2023 edition of Kaushal Samachar, we continue to share with you quite a few success stories and heartwarming moments of recognition that our candidates have received from their employers.

However, in focus this month is success stories of candidates who have been trained and placed under the DDU-GKY SAGARMALA Scheme implemented in convergence with the Ministry of Shipping. The stories we bring to you are from the state of Andhra Pradesh in which the candidates from Vishakhapatnam were trained and also placed in Vishakhapatnam.

Since I was told it is a placement oriented course, without giving a second thought I immediately joined the training program. During the course, I learned about the Warehouse Supervisor role along with Computers, Communicative English and Soft Skills

After successful completion of training, I was placed in June 2022 at WNS, as a Claims Process Associate with a salary of Rs.9,420/- per month. Currently I am drawinga salary of Rs.22,000/- per month. Now I am able to support my family.

I am VASAMSETTI SANDYA, fromAganampudi, Visakhapatnam District. My father works as Laborer and we were unable to meet the basic needs of our family. To overcome this difficult situation, I decided to support my family financially. Later, I came to know about Sagarmalathrough the Mobilization department of Datapro Computers and joined the Consignment Booking Assistant course in Datapro computers, Visakhapatnam. After the completion of my course I got placed as a “Marketing Executive” in ASHQAQ Promoters and Developers.

Sagarmala marked a turning point of my life, I never expected such a quality training and guidance by trainers and supportive staff from Datapro Computers who motivated me all the way of my training, which made my career successful.

The part of training is crucial because they teach us both theoretically and practically and the regular Guest lecturers arranged by the institute have helped me to choose the right path after my successful completion of training. The teaching module was designed perfectly and suits well for below par students. Placement team guided us a lot in selection of job from different companies. After training I was placed in ASHQAQ Promoters and Developers in Visakhapatnam in December 2021 as Marketing Executive with a pay of Rs.10,500/-per month and currently I receive a pay of Rs.12,500/-

I am Priyanka. I have a brother. My father and mother work as Farmers in Sirijam. They earn 9,000/- per month.

With an intention to support my parents, I decided to take up a job after completing my graduation. I was under job trials and during that time, I came to know about the training provided by Millennium Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. funded by Central Govtin WarehouseClaimsCoordinatorCourse under DUD GKYSAGARMALA program.

I was told that it is a job guarantee program. So, without giving a second thought, I immediately joined the training program. During the course, I learned about the WarehouseClaimsCoordinator role along with Computers, Communicative English and Soft Skills.

After successful completion of training, I was placed at WNS, as a claims process associate with a salary of Ra.13,603/- per month in May 2022. Currently I am receiving a salary of Rs.22,000/- per month. Now I am able to send 12,000/- per month to my parents to support my family. I am highly thankful to DDU GKY SAGARMALA program.


Regional Workshop on Project Closure and Review meeting for DDU-GKY and RSETIs by MoRD at Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu. Dates- 21st,22nd and 23rd June 2023

A regional workshop along with a Regional Review of DDU-GKY and RSETIs by MoRD for the States of Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Uttarakhand and UTs of Puducherry and Andaman Nicobar was hosted by the TNSRLM on dates 21st ,22nd and 23rd of June at Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu.

The workshop was chaired by Joint secretary of Skills (MoRD) in which the Joint Director (MoRD), Principal Secretaries of Tamil Nadu and UP and the CEO of TNSRLM were present.

There was a participation of more than 50 representatives from the states and UTs.  The workshop was intended for mastering the Project closure formalities. The workshop concluded with a review meeting for scaling the performance of the said states.

The sessions were delivered by the officials from MoRD through which the project closure procedures were imparted to the officials of the state. A field visit was arranged for the participants for understanding the glimpses of history embedded in the remnants of Mahabalipuram that date back to centuries ago. The workshop and meeting was hosted by Tamil Nadu SRLM, under the aegis of MoRD.

International Day of Yoga- IDY-2023- Celebration

International Day of Yoga (IDY) was celebrated on 21st June 2023 across all the States/UT with great enthusiasm. The objective of this year was to make Yoga an Integral part of the citizen’s lifestyle.

The theme for IDY-23 is “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”. Further, the tagline for IDY-23 is i.e. “Har Aangan Yog.” All the State/UT had widely publicised the event in their respective social media handles.

In total, 111 events were conducted in states where NIRDPR is CTSA, wherein approximately 7095 DDU-GKY candidates, PIA staff and NIRDPR/SRLM/SSDM staff participated.

CXO meet Organised by Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission on 27th June 2023

Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission organised a CXO meet on 27th June 2023 at Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati, Assam. The CXO meet was graced by Dr. J.B. Ekka, Principal Secretary P&RD, Govt of Assam, Shri Karma Zimpa Bhutia, Joint Secretary (Skills), DDU-GKY, MoRD, Smt. Krishna Baruah, State Mission Director, ASRLM, Dr R. Murugesan, Director, NIRDPR, NERC, Guwahati, and Shri L Sudhakar Reddy, Director M&E, DDU-GKY, NIRDPR, Hyderabad along with representatives of employers. The event was also attended by representatives from NIRDPR, NABCONS and from Project Implementing Agencies of Assam.

The main objective of the CXO meet was to provide a platform for the stakeholders to connect and collaborate.

A total 110 employers from different sectors were present in the meeting. Out of 110 employers, 57 were local employers from the State of Assam. ASRLM signed non-financial MoUs with 5 companies for recruiting DDU-GKY trained candidates in the presence of the other 110 employers.

New IEC Campaign on DDU-GKY launched by Kudumbashree Kerala

Using a catchy Malayalam idiomatic phrase “Change the level of life”, Kudumbashree has launched a new IEC campaign on DDU-GKY across Kerala through hoardings at conspicuous points and advertisements on the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation buses and Trains.


Report on the Training Program for Newly Appointed State and Block Level Functionaries under DDU-GKY at SICB KERFECTAR, Jorethang. Date: 22nd and 23rd June 2023

A training program was conducted at SICB KERFECTAR, Jorethang on 22nd and 23rd June 2023 for the newly appointed State and Block Level Functionaries under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). The program aimed to provide awareness and understanding of the DDU-GKY scheme, Kaushal Bharat Portal, E-SOP Portal, and other related aspects to the attendees. The training program saw the presence of distinguished individuals including the Chief Operating Officer of DDU-GKY Sikkim and Assistant Director of SICB. Project Officer of NIRD PR, State Program Managers (SPMs) of DDU-GKY, District Program Managers (DPMs) of SANKALP, and the staff of SICB were present and facilitated the sessions and interacted with the participants.

The primary objective of the training program was to create awareness at the grassroots level among the newly appointed Block Level functionaries regarding the DDU-GKY scheme. By equipping these functionaries with a deep understanding of the scheme and its associated portals, the program aimed to enhance their capabilities in implementing DDU-GKY effectively. This, in turn, will contribute to the overall success of the scheme and its impact on skill development in the state.

A total of 25 newly appointed State and Block level functionaries actively participated in the two-day training program. These functionaries were selected to serve at the grassroots level, and their attendance ensured their preparedness to implement the DDU-GKY scheme effectively.

The training program proved to be fruitful, offering valuable insights and knowledge to the newly appointed functionaries. The participants gained awareness about the DDU-GKY scheme and its objectives, as well as the Kaushal Bharat Portal and E-SOP Portal, which play significant roles in its implementation.

The Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) organizes a State Level Job Fair on June 3, 2023

The Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) organized a State Level Job Fair on June 3, 2023, with the objective of connecting rural youths who were trained under the Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) program with private sector organizations seeking skilled individuals. The event took place at Town Hall, Agartala and witnessed the participation of 15 employers, including 10 local employers and 5 employers from outside the state.

The program was inaugurated by Smt. Antara Sarkar Deb, Honourable MLA, Tripura Legislative Assembly, Shri. D. Basu, IAS Secretary in charge RD Dept., and Shri. Prasada Rao Vaddarapu, IFS, Chief Executive Officer, TRLM. Other notable attendees included Shri. Rajat Pant, IAS, Addl. District Magistrate, West Tripura-Dist., Shri Loken Das, GM, NABARD, and Smt. L. Darlong, TCS SSG, Addl. Chief Executive Officer, TRLM. The event started at 10:30 AM.

TRLM has been actively involved in empowering rural youth in Tripura by providing them with skill training and employment opportunities. As of May 2023, TRLM has successfully trained 11,498 rural youths in various job roles under the DDU-GKY program, and 5,621 candidates have been placed in different private sector organizations both within and outside the state of Tripura.

During the State Level Job Fair, a substantial number of candidates who were trained under DDU-GKY were interviewed by a range of employers. Ultimately, 250 candidates were selected for various job roles, including positions like Store/Inventory Executive, Food & Beverages Associate, Unarmed Security Guard, Sewing Machine Operator, and Retail Sales Associate, among others. Notably, 180 candidates have been selected for job placements within Tripura in companies such as V-Mart Retail Pvt. Ltd, Pran Beverages, Manpower Group, Designer Creations, Longthrai Gura Masala, KFC, and more. Additionally, 70 candidates have been chosen for job placements outside the state, in locations like Kolkata and Hyderabad, with companies such as Flipkart, Sodexo, Cream Stone, Teamlease Services, and CareerHunt Pvt. Ltd.

This initiative by TRLM and the successful placement of candidates demonstrates the positive impact of the DDU-GKY program in Tripura, providing employment opportunities and helping rural youths develop their skills and secure meaningful jobs.

Review meeting cum Capacity Building Workshop (27-06-23) at HSRLM, Haryana

Under DDU-GKY a capacity building cum Review Meeting workshop of Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) and book release of DDU-GKY Success Stories was held under the leadership of Dr. Amarinder Kaur, IFS (Retd.) Chief Executive Officer, HSRLM at Panchkula, Haryana on 27.06.23.

2 PIAs were awarded for best overall performance and 4 Self Help Group members were awarded and motivated for mobilisation of candidates. 55 PIAs participated in this workshop.

Rozgar Mela in Nuh by HSRLM under DDU-GKY on 26.06.23

Under the DDU-GKY scheme, a Rozgar Mela was organised at Nuh on 26.06.2023. Hon’ble Minister Development & Panchayat, Haryana, Sh. Devender Singh Babli was the Chief Guest. About 3208 rural youth of 5 districts (viz. Nuh, Gurugram, Palwal, Faridabad, & Rewari) of Haryana registered their names for job opportunities & skill training.

The Department of Employment Generation, Skill Development & Training of the Punjab Govt. organize job fair on 7th June 2023 in the state of Punjab

A job fair is an event in which employers, recruiters, and colleges provide an opportunity to potential employees. Job fairs are commonly used for entry-level job recruitment. Job seekers use this opportunity to stand out from other applicants and get an overview of what it is like to work for a company or a sector that seems interesting to the applicant.

The Department of Employment Generation, Skill Development & Training of the Punjab Govt. organized a job fair on 7th June 2023 in the state of Punjab. The drive aimed to provide over 10,000 job opportunities to job seekers across various districts. The salary range for these positions varied from Rs 8,000 to Rs 60,000.Another aim of the mega job fair was to employ candidates who have completed the skill training courses from various schemes such as the DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC& the state govt. schemes.

Aman Arora, Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Minister, Punjab, graced the placement drive that was held simultaneously in all districts of Punjab. More than 425 well-known employers, including Vardhman, Sport king, Flipkart, Airtel, and Reliance, participated in this drive.

The placement drive had welcomed individuals from diverse educational backgrounds, such as postgraduates, graduates (both technical and non-technical), diploma holders, ITI graduates, and candidates with 12th and matriculation qualifications. Even those without any formal educational qualifications were encouraged to participate.

Interested candidates registered through the job portal at  http://www.pgrkam.com or through their respective District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises. In case they had missed the online registration, they were provided an opportunity to register themselves at the registration desk at the Job Mela.

The Job Mela was held in every district of Punjab.
The Minister Aman Arora, (Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training , Punjab) highlighted the inclusivity of the drive, providing opportunities for job seekers from various educational backgrounds. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers while promoting skill development and training within the state, he said.

More than 1200 candidates had registered and around 700-750 got placed. The results of a few candidates is still pending at the employer level and more than 50 industries across the state participated in the Job Mela 2023.

Almost all the districts of the Punjab made such pamplets for advertisement purpose and these pamplets were published in Social media handles,colleges, PMKVY Centres, DDUGKY Centres, railway stations and other public places for awareness among the youth. The job mela was a well planned program.

The Rojgar Mela was a huge success with 10082 vacancies for which 11476 participated. Of these, 1590 DDUGKY candidates took part in the job mela.

It reflects the Punjab government’s commitment to promoting economic growth, fostering skill development, and providing job prospects for the state’s residents.

Orientation cum Review with PIAs empanelled in Andhra Pradesh conducted at Vijayawada

Vijayawada 1st June 23: In a follow up action to the workshop on Project Closure conducted by MoRD at Shimla in May 2023, a orientation cum Review with all PIAs empaneled in Andhra Pradesh was conducted at APSRTC meeting hall, Vijayawada.

The meeting was chaired by the Chief Executive Officer-SEEDAP, Chairman-SEEDAP and Advisor to Govt of AP (Skill and Job Fairs). Project closure of the projects empanelled between 2016-19 was initiated and all stakeholders were informed that closure will be conducted batch wise as the program was executed in batch mode and payments were also released per Batch.

Accordingly, all PIAs were directed to prepare themselves with the relevant information required for closure of their projects. It was also informed that though the project closure shall be done batch wise, the procedure laid down in standard operating procedures shall not be deviated from, at any stage. Representatives of NIRDPR presented the process involved in project closure and has informed that the activity is to be carried out in a time bound manner.

In the review on ongoing projects, Chairman SEEDAP expressed his displeasure over a few Training centres on the maintenance of Hygiene and quality in Residential Centres. Advisor to the Govt of AP Skill & Job Fairs raised certain concerns of Mobilisation wherein the District Teams were directed to make sure Job Resource Persons available at Block level, shall extend their services in mobilisation of unemployed youth to all Training Centres of DDU-GKY and shall not restrict themselves to SEEDAP owned Training Centres. All PIAs were directed to work in better coordination with the district SEEDAP teams to ensure smooth project closure of 2016-19 project period.

Celebration of World Environment Day in West Bengal

DDU-GKY candidates from M/s Brainware Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a PIA in West Bengal, celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2023 to spread awareness regarding the protection and preservation of Mother Nature and her precious resources. The candidates showed an excellent endeavour to observe the essence of the day in true spirit.

Their efforts were reflected through a 3D model of the Earth representing the crisis that planet is subjected to, due to endless pollution and man-made disasters. The model also reflected how ideal the world can be if we show a little awareness and sensitivity.

The candidates honoured all the faculties and the authorities concerned with handmade badges and elaborated and explained the essentiality and necessities of Environment Consciousness.

Project Closure workshop organised by Kudumbashree, Kerala

Kerala SRLM organized an exclusive Project Closure workshop in Kerala on June 19th. Mr.Arun Adatte, (Asst.Commisioner-MoRD) along with Ms.Dhriti (SpoC for Kerala-MoRD), Mr.Vikas (MoRD) and Mr.Jeevan Reddy from NIRDPR, Hyderabad facilitated the workshop. CTSA Kerala team, Mr.Pradeep Kumar (COO-Kudumbashree), SPMs and SAPMs also attended the meeting. Representatives of around 45 PIAs who are in the process of project closure attended the session. Review of the KB updation status was also done after the workshop.

Training cum workshop organised for District Program Managers and Block coordinators of DDU-GKY in Kerala

Kerala SRLM with the support of CTSA (NIRDPR) Kerala team organized a training cum workshop session for District Program Managers (14) and Block coordinators (152) of DDU-GKY on May 25th, 26th and Jun 6th. The training focused on handling placement data/document desk and physical verifications and also to refresh the KB placement module with the new updates. The sessions were conducted at Ernakulam and Kollam districts in 3 batches for 165 participants. The resource persons for the training session was Mr.Aswin Ramachandran (PO, NIRDPR). Mr.Binu Kumar (STM-NIRDPR) and other SPMs and SAPMs (MIS & Placements) from Kerala SRLM.

The 3 batches of training cum workshop covering 150 Block coordinators and 14 District Program Managers of Kerala, helped to provide clarification on Placement documents and Kaushal Bharat modules.

Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s Hospital Events: Kerala


World blood donor day, Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s hospital

On 14th June 2023, the World Blood Donor Day, Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s Hospital DDU-GKY students attended awareness class about the importance of blood donation. One of the students Mr. Vipin M donated blood.

Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s Hospital observed International Yoga Day

Yoga is a practice that has numerous benefits for physical and mental health. It helps in improving flexibility, strength and balance. It helps in managing stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation.  It is not just a physical exercise, but a holistic approach to wellness and self care. 

Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s Hospital DDU-GKY observed International Yoga Day at their centre. 46 students actively participated in this event. The event began with a brief introduction on Yoga Day by Sr. Alby, the State Head. Warm up exercises were taken and all the students practiced and performed sitting and standing ASANAS, Pranayams and a short practice of meditation. Moreover, the centre management arranged a class on Yoga diet by Ms. Athira Pradeep MSC DFSM. Yogis believe that diet is an integral part of Yoga.

All faculty, staff and students were taught the importance of Yoga in their life and how to maintain the harmony between body and mind.

International day against drug abuse: Dharmagiri st. Joseph’s hospital

On 26th June 2023  DDU-GKY Dharmagiri St. Joseph’s Hospital students observed International day against drug abuse. Students performed a short drama against drug abuse and also gave power point presentation regarding this topic.

World Environment Day Celebration

The inauguration of World environment day celebration at KARD Skill Academy, Kadakkal was flagged off by Sri. Unni Kurup (CEO, Kard Skill Academy) on June 5, 2023. The trainees from Secretary batch and Commis Chef batch marched to Govt HSS, Chingeli with placards and Banners in which inspiring slogans on preserving environment were inscribed. Thereafter, a banyan tree in the premise of the Academy garlanded and a tree sapling was planted there. Everybody recited the Pledge on environment protection. The trainees made environment day posters.

Anti-Drug day

Anti-drug day was conducted on 26th June 2023  at Kard Skill Academy, Kadakkal managed by Kerala Association for Rural Development (KARD). KARD is a training partner of DDU-GKY. The DDU-GKY trainees and trainers participated in the programme. The proceedings were inaugurated by Sri. Nithin Boss (Centre head, Kard Skill Academy) and he made an inspiring speech on the misuse of drugs especially among the youngsters. A serious discussion was also held on how families are disintegrated due to drug abuse.  Succeeding speeches were held by the trainers.

Reading Day Celebration

Reading day was celebrated by organizing reading day programmes at KARD Skill Academy, Kadakkal in the leadership of Kerala Association for Rural Development (KARD) on 19th June 2023. In association with ‘Reading Day Celebration’ the trainees held a discussion on their reading experiences. Famous writer and senior journalist Sri. S. Sudheesan inaugurated the ‘Reading Day Celebration’. The meeting was presided by Dr. Nadakkal Sasi (Chairman, KARD). Centre head Nithin Bose, Sri. Chandramohan and Smt. Fousiya delivered speeches.

June 5 is observed as  world environment day globally with a strong motive of building a greener, safer and pollution-free environment. Keeping this aim in view ALEAP DDU-GKY  observed world environment day by  planting saplings in the premises of the centre by both staff and students. Our main focus was to spread awareness of a clean and plastic free environment furthermore the important role of plants and trees to sustain the earth so programs were organized focusing on such details like awareness speech, slogan competition, poem writing and reciting. Students   participated  in all programs actively.

JUNE 21- INTERNATIONAL  YOGA DAY

International yoga day is observed every year on June 21 in order to raise awareness about this ancient practice. On yoga day, various  activities like yoga awareness speech, mass yoga session ,yoga video presentation were conducted at ALEAP DDU-GKY centre with an intent to promote yoga practice through which students can learn different yoga postures and techniques. Apart from yoga, meditation session was also conducted which can help in reducing stress and promote relaxation. The whole centre including student and staff participated enthusiastically.

Orientation Programme on 21.06.2023 to ESMACO Training Centre, Dream City, Pattikad, Thrissur

As a part of work readiness module and to get an insight about the job role of the Customer Service Executives at ESAF Multi State Agro Co-Operative Society (ESMACO), where the students are likely to be placed, 26 BFSI Students of Batch-10 (Phase-VI) undergoing class room training at ESAF DDUGKY Centre, Chiyyaram was sent for one day Orientation Programme on 21.06.2023 to ESMACO Training Centre, Dream City, Pattikad, Thrissur.


International Yoga Day

ESAF DDUGKY (Thrissur) students celebrated  International Yoga Day  to spread awareness about the numerous physical and mental health benefits of yoga. On the occasion of International Yoga Day  Akhil  Aravindhakshan (Certified Yoga Trainer) organized the programme  for students, He conducted a practical  yoga session and awareness speech. The programme was well appreciated by the students.

World Environment day celebrated- 5th June 2023

ESAF DDU-GKY Centre, Chiyyaram, Thrissur celebrated World Environment Day on June 5th 2023 in a befitting manner. Speech competition between students of two batches was conducted. Poster competition on the theme- protection of environment and environment day quiz were other activities conducted by the centre. The entire ESAF DDU-GKY team and students actively participated in the programme.

Migration Support Center” under DDU-GKY has been recently set up by Assam SRLM at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu where a number of candidates from Assam get placed through DDU-GKY. The services offered by the MSC are as below:

TRLM organizes Placement Drive with support of CTSA

A total of 10 candidates from the Aaruthal Foundation and 14 candidates from Aishwarya Vignan Educational Society participated in a placement drive organised by TRLM. Out of 10 candidates 7 Candidates got selected from the  Aaruthal Foundation and 12 candidates from Aishwarya Vignan Educational Society. 

After the selection of the candidates, TRLM organized an Offer letter distribution program. Shri. Prasada Rao Vaddarapu, CEO, TRLM gave away the offer letters to 12 candidates of PIA- Aishwarya Vignan Educational Society on 9th June 2023. Jharkhand SRLM with CTSA conduct 3 day orientation Training

Jharkhand SRLM with the support of the CTSA team conducted a 3-day orientation training in June 2023 on Placement, Project closure and Role of Centre Manager & PIA Q Team for all the PIA Operations teams.

The MoRD Under Secretary and Bihar State SPOC from MoRD visited Training centers in Bihar and reviewed the DDU-GKY Project Status in Jeevika conference hall, in the presence of NIRDPR team, SRLM & TSA team.


Training program/workshops conducted in the month of June 2023

In the month of Jun’23, a total of 04 training programmes were conducted with 201 participants attending cumulatively from different states. Of these one workshop was conducted in hybrid mode at NIRDPR, one offline training in Rajasthan and two training programmes online. The training sessions were conducted on Placement Procedure and Kaushal Bharat Modules. A validation workshop on the findings of the Empirical study on the duration of English and Softskill modules in DDU-GKY was conducted at NIRDPR on 07 June 2023 with participation of MoRD and other stakeholders. The recommendations of the stakeholders were incorporated in the final report for submission to MoRD.

Online Kaushal Bharat Training – Placement module for officials of Tamil Nadu SRLM & PIAs was held on 9th Jun’23 and KB refresher cum handholding session on all modules for officials of Rajasthan SRLM & PIAs of the state was held on 13th – 14th Jun’23 at Rajasthan as requested by SRLM. In these two trainings total 138 SRLMs/ PIAs officials were upskilled.

Monika Tandon: Master Trainer- Himayat (Learnet Skills Ltd.), J&K

Monika joined Learnet Skills Ltd. on 1st July 2015 and from then on, she has continually evolved as an efficient professional. She started her stint with Learnet Skills Ltd. as a Trainer – Assistant Beauty Therapist for Himayat I project and ever since the Company has seen her evolving into an impeccable Master Trainer for Beauty and Wellness domain.

She has worked for various Govt. and CSR projects implemented by the Company in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir but has been mainly associated with Himayat projects. She has successfully trained 158 candidates in DDU-GKY-Himayat projects and placed 125 trained candidates in their respective domains. She has not restricted herself to trainings but has involved herself involved in other activities like Placements, Mock Interviews, Documentation Collection and other field jobs. Each month she visits her placed candidates in different employers in Jammu, to ensure their retention .

Monika has excellent knowledge of Beauty & Wellness domain and Skills industry. She conducts herself with merit and grace. Learnet has seen her growing from a stage as fresher in Skills Training to a Master Trainer who conducts her training immaculately and has brought considerable appreciation to Himayat. She is also the Lead Technical for her domain and conducts technical interviews for Trainer applicants in Beauty and Wellness domain across the Country for her PIA.
