Need for Training: To improve the quality in Placement, Documentation and Tracking
Objective: To maintain Proper Documentation for Placement of Candidates and to understand the methodology involved in Placement Verification and Tracking.
As SRLM has changed the pattern in release of installments per Batch, all Placement Officers in the State were not aware of Installment release conditions and requisite documents to submitted for the same
Trainnig started with a welcome address by SRLM and a round of introduction by all participants.
Participants were engaged through out the presentation to:
- Understand the requisites of documentation invovled in placement
- Best practices and Startegies to follow up with Employers for providing better placements
- Methodology involved in release of payments w.r.t to placements
