Capacity Building sessions and knowledge sharing are an integral part of success of any given project. The stakeholders will get benefited and the execution will be at ease. Here in the period of COVID-19 lockdown, NIRDPR came out with a strategy of \u2018Interactive sessions with stakeholders\u2019, to emphasize it and moreover to advance the knowledge level of staff working under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).<\/p>\n

Implementation<\/b>
\nMonitoring & Evaluation team of DDU-GKY division, National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR), upon the instruction from the Executive Director and M&E HQ team, had organized online interactive sessions for the different functionaries of PIAs in Kerala. The sessions were conducted along with the participation of SPMs from Kudumbashree(SRLM). Doubt clearing and Q&A sessions were on different modules of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)\/Processes\/MIS system of DDU-GKY. Sessions were conducted between 31 May 2021 and 16 June 2021.
\nAn average of 100 functionaries registered their interest in the Training requirement Google sheet for each topic and batches were planned with 50 participants. There had been 12 sessions organized by the Kerala M&E Team for a total of 558 participants on 6 topics.
\nThe objective of the training was to clear the doubts on program implementation in various topics for the PIA functionaries and enhance their capacity on operational standards as per SOP under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.<\/p>\n
